
Lodha Developers Q1FY27 Profit Soars to ₹1,373 Cr, Revenue Up 43%
Lodha Developers reported its best-ever quarterly post-tax profit of ₹1,373 crores for Q1FY27, a 2x increase year-over-year. Revenues surged by 43% to ₹4,997 crores, driven by strong operating cash flows which also led to a reduction in net debt by ₹446 crores to ₹4,931 crores. Pre-sales stood at ₹4,629 crores and collections grew 46% YoY to ₹4,205 crores. The company is confident in achieving a 20% CAGR profit growth over the long term, supported by strong housing demand and market consolidation. Lodha also highlighted a significant land sale in its Green Data Center Park at Navi Mumbai for over ₹42 crores per acre and anticipates its annuity business income to grow over 10x in six years. The company's Net debt/Equity ratio is 0.2x, well within its target.
