Madhur Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Madhur Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading. The trading window will be closed from the opening of business hours of stock exchange(s) on Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026, have been disseminated to the stock exchange(s). The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. The insiders/ designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above mentioned period of closure of trading window.
