Salim Govani Acquires 0.92% Stake in MSL Global

Salim Pyarali Govani and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 1,96,292 equity shares, representing 0.92% of the paid-up share capital of MSL Global Limited. The acquisition was made on the open market. Following this transaction, the total holding of Salim Pyarali Govani and PACs in MSL Global Limited has increased to 36,77,265 equity shares, which constitutes 17.17% of the company's total paid-up share capital. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
