Salim Govani Acquires 0.92% Stake in MSL Global

Salim Pyarali Govani and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 1,96,292 equity shares, representing 0.92% of the paid-up share capital of MSL Global Limited. The acquisition was made through the open market. Following this transaction, the total shareholding of Salim Pyarali Govani and PACs in MSL Global Limited has increased from 16.25% to 17.17%. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
