This acquisition also involves 2. Foresight Holdings Private Limited, 3. Indusage Advisors Limited, 4. Sausan Mohammedali Bukhari, 5. Mishal Salim Govani, 6. Sonia Salim Govani, 7. Aimann Salim Govani who are acting in concert with the acquirer.
