Salim Pyarali Govani Acquires Shares of MSL Global Limited on the Exchange Floor

Madhusudan Securities Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Salim Pyarali Govani and Persons Acting in Concert (PAC). Govani has bought 1979 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 0.01% of the paid-up share capital of MSL Global Limited on the floor of the exchange. The total shares held by Govani and PAC before the acquisition were 34,40,442, which increased to 34,42,421 after the acquisition. The acquisition took place on the 19th of March, 2026.
