MAGENTA Appoints Secretarial Auditor and Internal Auditor

Magenta Lifecare Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. Gaurav Bachani & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26 and M/s. MJM Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Both firms bring extensive experience in their respective fields, with Gaurav Bachani & Associates specializing in corporate laws and governance, and MJM Patel & Co. having over three decades of experience in various audits and taxation.
