Magnum Ventures Re-appoints Auditors and Directors

Magnum Ventures Ltd has announced the re-appointment of its auditors and directors following board resolutions passed on August 14, 2026. M/s. GMB & Associates have been re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, and M/s. V K Dube & Co. as Cost Auditors for the same financial year. The company also re-appointed Mr. Abhay Jain as Managing Director for two years from August 10, 2027, Mr. Shiv Pravesh Chaturvedi as Whole-time Director for two years from August 9, 2027, and Ms. Shalini Rahul as Independent Director for a five-year term from August 10, 2027. These re-appointments are subject to member approval in the General Meeting.
