Maha Rashtra Apex Corp Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading. The window will be shut from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026, until the announcement of the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026. The exact date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately. The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours after the results are announced.
