Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Ltd. Approves Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 and Nine Months of FY 2025-26

The Board of Directors of Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Ltd. has considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the Independent Auditor’s Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The company recorded a profit before tax of INR 492.38 crores and a net profit of INR 483.53 crores for the period. The review report, prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards 34, does not contain any material misstatements.
