Mahindra Finance Board Approves Q2 FY27 Unaudited Results

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 21, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY 2027). The company also submitted the Limited Review Report from its joint statutory auditors, M/s. M M Nissim & Co. LLP and M/s. M. P. Chitale & Co. An extract of the newspaper publication of these results will also be published. The board meeting commenced at 3:05 p.m. IST and concluded at 5:35 p.m. IST.
