Mahindra Lifespace incorporates new WOS, Mahindra Kandivali Developers

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has announced the incorporation of its new wholly-owned subsidiary, Mahindra Kandivali Developers Limited (MKDL), in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on June 29, 2026. The Company subscribed to 100% of MKDL's equity share capital for ₹1,00,000. MKDL has an authorized share capital of ₹5,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. The newly formed entity will operate in the Real Estate – Building and Construction industry, with its primary objective being the development of projects as approved by its Board of Directors. This incorporation is classified as a Related Party Transaction, with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the holding and promoter company, holding an indirect equity shareholding in MKDL.
