Mahindra Logistics Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Mahindra Logistics Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 20, 2026, approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. These results have undergone a limited review by the statutory auditor, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. The company also appointed Mr. Vimal Agarwal as the Internal Auditor, effective from the same date, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mr. Agarwal brings extensive experience in finance and governance.
