Mahindra Logistics Re-appoints Ameet Hariani as Independent Director

Mahindra Logistics Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ameet Hariani (DIN: 00087866) as an Independent Director. This re-appointment, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2032.
