Maithan Alloys Sets AGM for Sept 28, Fixes Record Date for ₹6 Dividend

Maithan Alloys Ltd has announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026. The Board of Directors has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. The company had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share (60%) for the financial year 2025-2026. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or after October 7, 2026, subject to tax deductions.
