Maithan Alloys does not intend to acquire control of HFCL's management. HFCL operates in the Telecom and Defence Equipment sector, with a turnover of ₹4528 Crore and PAT of ₹253 Crore as of March 31, 2026. The acquisition was conducted at arm's length and does not involve related parties.

Maithan Alloys Ltd announced details regarding Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on the interim dividend for the financial year 2025-2026. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each). The record date for determining eligible shareholders is May 22, 2025.
