Maitri Enterprises Ltd: Board Approves Secretarial Auditor Appointment

Maitri Enterprises Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Annual Report for FY 2026, fixed the AGM date, and approved related party transactions with Gayatri Infrastructure Limited, among other corporate actions.
