Majestic Auto Completes Sharan Hospitality Resolution Plan

Majestic Auto Limited has successfully implemented the Resolution Plan for Sharan Hospitality Private Limited (SHPL) as per the Supreme Court order dated July 17, 2026. The Monitoring Committee has been dissolved, and the reconstituted Board of SHPL has assumed management. SHPL's Board approved the issuance of 50,00,000 Bonus Redeemable Preference Shares (Bonus RPS), which was subsequently approved by SHPL's members at an EGM. Corporate actions for Non-Convertible Debentures allotted to Majestic Auto have been completed. The Bonus RPS, once credited, along with existing Equity Shares and NCDs, will be transferred to NovumLake Property Fund and 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund as per Securities Purchase Agreements.
