Mallcom Board Meeting on Nov 12 to Approve Un-Audited Financial Results

Mallcom (India) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 12, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will address any other business as permitted by the Chairman. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons, closed since October 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
