Malpani Pipes Appoints Satish Kumar Gupta as Cost Auditor for FY27

Malpani Pipes And Fittings Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta as the company's cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Mr. Gupta, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India with over 16 years of experience, will oversee the cost audit and related accounting functions. The board also approved the draft Director's Report for FY25-26, scheduled the 9th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, and appointed NSDL as the Remote E-Voting Agency.
