Man Infraconstruction Associate LLP Voluntarily Strikes Off

Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has announced that its associate, MICL Realty LLP, has applied for voluntary strike-off from the Register of Limited Liability Partnerships. The LLP has completed its real estate project and has not conducted any business operations for over four financial years. As the LLP is inoperative with no outstanding assets or liabilities and no future business intentions, its partners have mutually agreed to this voluntary strike-off. Consequently, MICL Realty LLP is no longer an associate of Man Infraconstruction Limited.
