Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for Towers C & D of its Aaradhya Parkwood project near Dahisar Check Naka. This marks the company's 20th project delivered on time, approximately 31 months ahead of schedule. The project, launched in September 2022, is nearing completion with over 90% of units sold. Aaradhya Parkwood is a premium residential development comprising four towers with an aggregate saleable carpet area of 5.3 lakh sq ft and an estimated GDV of ₹925+ crore.

Man Infraconstruction Limited's MICL Group has acquired an ultra-luxury sea-view residential development off Bandstand, Bandra West, Mumbai. The project is expected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,000+ crores and will be positioned as ‘The One & Only’ within MICL's MS Collection Residences. Man Infraconstruction Ltd has released the Monitoring Agency Report by ICRA Limited for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.
