Man Infraconstruction Ltd has submitted its Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The report, issued by ICRA Limited, confirms no deviation in the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue of convertible warrants. While the utilization differed from the original objects, it aligns with changes approved by the Board based on actual net proceeds received. The actual net proceeds received were ₹512.641 crore, slightly less than the issue size of ₹543.215 crore due to undersubscription.
