Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited has informed the Exchange about the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for the company's Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed.
