Manaksia Aluminium Recommends ₹0.05 Dividend

Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd's board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.05 per equity share (5%) with a face value of Re. 1 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. S Bhalotia & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s. S. Chhaparia & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
