Manaksia Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q3 2025 Results

Manaksia Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Un-audited Financial Results will be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
