Manaksia: Suresh Kumar Agrawal Re-appointed as MD

Manaksia Ltd. has re-appointed Mr. Suresh Kumar Agrawal as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective from November 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting on May 29, 2026, where the audited financial statements and results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were also adopted and approved. Additionally, Agrawal Tondon & Co. was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
