Manaksia Ltd to Approve Un-Audited Financial Results for Q3 and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2025

Manaksia Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 30th January, 2026 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting will also approve the Limited Review Report for the same period. The 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company, which has been closed from 1st January, 2026, will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. This is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
