Manaksia Steels schedules 25th AGM for Sep 23, 2026

Manaksia Steels Ltd announced that its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 23, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting on August 10, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company granted in-principle approval for a significant expansion of its Haldia manufacturing facility, involving an estimated investment of ₹800 crore for the production of Cold-Rolled Coil and Coated Steel. This expansion will occur in two phases and may include a captive solar power plant. The company is also seeking special incentives from the West Bengal government for its specialty steel sector expansion plans.
