Manali Petrochemicals Ltd to hold AGM on Sep 28, 2026; approves Q2 results

Manali Petrochemicals Ltd announced its Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The Board also recommended a dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date for dividend payment is set as September 21, 2026, for electronic shares and September 28, 2026, for physical shares. Additionally, Mr. L Thriyambak has been appointed as the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
