Manas Properties Director Resigns; Appoints New Independent Director

Manas Properties Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Shailesh Vora as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 2, 2026. Concurrently, the company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on the same date, approved the appointment of Mr. Tushar R. Momaiyah as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional) for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The board also approved the Director's Report, the 22nd Annual General Meeting notice and date, the annual report for FY2025-2026, and related e-voting procedures. Reconstitution of various board committees was also approved.
