Mangal Compusolution Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Mangal Compusolution Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
