Indra Meghraj Jain has acquired 5,50,000 Convertible Equity Warrants in Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited through a preferential allotment. This transaction increases their holding of warrants from 0 to 5,50,000. The acquisition represents 2.33% of the total diluted share capital. Prior to this, Indra Meghraj Jain held 63,036 shares, representing 0.30% of the total share capital. After the acquisition, their total holding of shares and warrants amounts to 6,13,076, representing 2.60% of the total diluted share capital.
