Ritu Jain Acquires 5.5 Lakh Warrants in Mangal Credit

Ritu Jain, a promoter of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited, has acquired 5,50,000 Convertible Equity Warrants through a preferential allotment. This acquisition represents 2.33% of the total diluted share capital of the company. The total equity share capital of the company before and after the acquisition remains 21,11,39,860 shares, but the diluted share capital increases to 23,61,39,860 shares post-warrant issuance.
