Mangalam Global Enterprise Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares by insiders. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. All designated persons are informed not to trade during this period. The exact date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated later.
