Mangalam Seeds Ltd: Management Changes in Annual General Meeting

In the Annual General Meeting, Mangalam Seeds Ltd announced several management changes. Mr. Mafatlal Jethalal Patel, who was a Director liable to retire by rotation, was re-appointed. The appointment of Mr. Ashish Damodarbhai Patel and Mrs. Siddhi Arjun Shah as Independent Directors was regularized. M/s Pitroda Nayan & Co was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30. Mr. Pravinkumar Mafatbhai Patel was re-appointed as Managing Director.
