Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd Merges with Paradeep Phosphates Limited

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (Transferor Company) has merged with Paradeep Phosphates Limited (Transferee Company) with effect from the 'Appointed Date 2' (01 April 2024) as per the composite scheme of arrangement. The Transferor Company stands dissolved without being wound up. The board of directors of the Transferee Company has fixed 31 October 2025 as the 'Record Date' for determining the shareholders of the Transferor Company who will be entitled to receive fully paid-up equity shares of INR 10/- each of the Transferee Company.
