MRPL Appoints Mohit Kumar Aggarwal as Director for 3 Years

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has announced the appointment of Shri Mohit Kumar Aggarwal as a Government Nominee Director on its Board. The appointment, effective September 29, 2026, is for a period of three years or co-terminus basis, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shri Aggarwal, a Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG), is an Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) professional. He is not debarred from holding directorships and is eligible under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013. This change is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
