Manipal Health Enterprises Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors

Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, from the conclusion of the 16th AGM in 2026 until the 21st AGM in 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27 with an unmodified opinion from the outgoing auditors. Additionally, the re-appointment of two directors, Dr. Hebri Sudarshan Ballal and Mr. Puneet Bhatia, and amendments to the Articles of Association were approved. The 16th AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
