Manoj Ceramic Ltd. Approves Alteration of Object Clause in MOA for Business Expansion

Manoj Ceramic Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) at a meeting held on 30% January 2026. The alteration aims to expand the company's business activities and undertake various beneficial operations. The approval of shareholders will be sought through a postal ballot. The new sub-clause 4. will allow the company to carry out architectural, interior, engineering services, and related activities in India and abroad.
