Manomay Tex India Reappoints WTD, Appoints 3 Independent Directors

Manomay Tex India Ltd announced key board changes following a meeting on August 31, 2026. Mr. Maheshchandra Kailashchandra Laddha has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director for three years from August 9, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Manishkumar Balkrishna Porwal, Mr. Satya Narayan Maheshwari, and Mr. Mahendra Singh Rana have been appointed as Independent Directors for five-year terms starting September 2, 2026. The company also approved a major expansion in its Denim (Fabric) and Spinning (Yarn) divisions, aiming to increase fabric capacity by 10 million meters and yarn capacity by 1,080 MT annually. The 17th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
