Manraj Housing Finance Appoints Ajitsingh Behra as Independent Director

Manraj Housing Finance Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ajitsingh Bansilal Behra as an Independent Director for a term of five years. The approval was granted by the shareholders at the company's 36th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Behra, aged 55, holds a B.Sc. in Physics and brings expertise in business management, procurement, customer and supplier management, and business planning. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority. This appointment is in line with SEBI's Master Circular.
