Manraj Housing Finance Approves New MOA & AOA at AGM

Manraj Housing Finance Ltd held its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026. Key resolutions passed included the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA). The shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Ajitsingh Bansilal Behra as an Independent Director for a five-year term and the re-appointment of Ms. Neetika Manish Jain. The AGM also addressed the adoption of financial accounts for the year ended March 31, 2026, and discussed qualifications in the Statutory Auditor's and Secretarial Auditor's reports.
