This release pertains to 34,012,050 units, representing 7.19% of the total outstanding units. The original encumbrance was created on November 19, 2025, and the release became effective on July 3, 2026. The units were initially encumbered for a facility availed by Maple Infrastructure Trust, used for unit subscription, equity investment, and transaction costs. This action signifies a partial unwinding of previous security arrangements by the sponsor.
