Maple Infrastructure Trust: Sponsor Group Sells Units Worth ₹27,025 Cr

Maple Infrastructure Trust (MIT) has disclosed a material issue concerning the sale of units by its Sponsor Group entity, CDPQ Infrastructures Asia III Inc. The Sponsor Group sold 34,012,050 units, representing 7.19% of the total units, for a transaction value of INR 27,025,413,152. This sale was conducted off-market on September 11, 2026. Following the disposal, the Sponsor Group's holding in MIT has reduced to 177,289,950 units, accounting for 37.50% of the total units. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
