Maral Overseas Ltd is consolidating its garment unit operations in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The unit at D-347, Sector-63 will merge with the existing unit at A-37, Sector-64 by August 31, 2026. This involves transferring assets, inventories, and business activities. Consequently, the lease for the Sector-63 unit will be terminated by the same date. The company states this is an internal operational realignment within the Garment Division and will not impact overall business operations.
