Marc Loire Fashions Appoints New Independent Directors

Marc Loire Fashions Limited announced changes in its directorship following its 13th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. The shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arvind Kamboj as Director and the appointment of Mr. Saurav Gupta and Ms. Yamini Soni as Independent Directors. Mr. Kamboj, who has over 13 years of industry experience, was re-appointed after retiring by rotation. Mr. Gupta and Ms. Soni have been appointed for a term of five years, effective from November 15, 2025. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
