Marc Loire Fashions Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Merger, CSR Expenditure, and Other Businesses

Marc Loire Fashions Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th March 2026 to discuss several key matters. The agenda includes the consideration of the merger of the existing Internal Auditor firm, B A R & Associates, with the consequent appointment of the merged firm, S U V & Co. (FRN: 029077N), as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Board will also approve the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) expenditure for the financial year 2025-26, including the calculation of the CSR amount and allocation for various projects/programs. Any other business with the permission of the Chair will also be discussed.
