Marico Director Milind Barve Retires; New Committee Chairs Appointed

Marico Ltd announced the retirement of Independent Director Mr. Milind Barve (DIN: 00087839) effective August 1, 2026, upon completion of his term. Mr. Barve cited persistent health issues as the reason for not seeking re-appointment. Consequently, he will step down from his roles as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and as a Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The Board has appointed Mr. Girish Paranjpe as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee, and Ms. Apurva Purohit as the new Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, both effective August 2, 2026. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Barve's contributions.
