Marksans Pharma to Acquire German Firm ABCnow GmbH for €892,384

Marksans Pharma Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of ABCnow GmbH, a Germany-based pharmaceutical company. ABCnow GmbH specializes in front-end sales, marketing, and distribution of OTC products in the German market, with a turnover of €227,233.69 as of December 31, 2025. This strategic acquisition aims to expand Marksans' presence in regulated European markets and strengthen its forward-integration strategy by establishing direct market access capabilities within the EU. The deal is expected to be completed by July 31, 2026, with a cash consideration of €892,384. The acquisition will allow Marksans to leverage ABCnow's infrastructure for marketing its products manufactured in India, UK, and USA.
